As beautiful and practical as 2 storey garages from Trade Oak may be, one can't simply erect one on their property without first doing their due diligence. For instance, you need to be sure such a structure is allowed by the local council. If it is, there may be restrictions on where it can be located relative to the property lines, how tall it can be, what the extra space can be used for, and you may need to get approval on the final design as well. Once these issues have been satisfactorily addressed you can proceed with your plan to erect a two-storey oak framed garage from Trade Oak Building Kits.
Our two storey garage kits are fashioned from the highest quality materials and designed to exacting specifications that ensure their structural integrity and long term durability. These are bold, stylish designs complete with Yorkshire staddle stones that will be a distinguished addition to any property. All our kits are built using Green Oak timbers, and designed to facilitate quick assembly. Choose from our:
Keep in mind too that if none of our existing kits dovetail with your precise needs we also offer bespoke garage designs.
Additional space - This one goes without saying, but we'll say it anyway. The obvious reason for choosing this type of two-storey oak framed building is because it provides extra living or workspace without having to alter the floor plan or layout of the house itself. A home office separated from the main house will be quieter and more productive. A living space separated from the house will give older kids a sense of privacy or allow them to indulge their passion for gaming without driving everyone else in the house nuts.
Enhanced kerb appeal - A beautiful two storey oak framed garage separate from the main house but mimicking its essential architectural motifs will greatly enhance the kerb appeal of a property, making it appear far more opulent and sophisticated. It’s an Old World type of appeal that has never gone out of fashion and may carry even more weight in a world where more and more aspects of daily life have an ephemeral air about them.
Increased property value - There is little debate that two storey garages for UK homes add value to a property. But not only because they add live/workspace. Our two storey garage kits are also designed to accommodate today’s slightly larger SUVs when compared to garages designed in the postwar era.
Trade Oak 2 storey garages are created using beautiful green oak and designed to exacting specifications to ensure long term structural integrity. These compelling yet practical property additions can be fully customised to meld with the architectural style of your home and will stand for generations. Also, as we mentioned earlier, if you do not find exactly what you are looking for in our two storey oak framed garage kits, we also provide bespoke two storey garage designs to fit any need.
Whether you need a new home office or extra space to accommodate your growing family, two storey garages from Trade Oak Building Kits are a smart, practical choice. For more information call 01580 880344, or write to us at: email@example.com.
Phenomenal product and service
I cannot recommend Trade Oak Building Kits highly enough. From start to finish they have been extremely helpful and the quality of our barn is phenomenal.
We wanted a bespoke 2 bay oak garage - Edward liaised with us to ensure that we were not only happy with the dimensions of the garage, but also the size of the oak beams etc. In addition, the oak doors are amazing.
If you are thinking of building an oak barn/garage, I highly recommend Trade Oak Building Kits.
What a super service they deliver,
Both of my bespoke items were delivered on the dot,
I will definitely be using them again
Super super ??
Fantastic service James & Edward were incredibly helpful after another company had let me down. My oak frame garage is made of beautiful French oak cut perfectly to fit. The effect is amazing!! I cannot recommend Trade Oak Building too highly! The spec of the building is far higher than the run of the mill companies I researched. Thank you - it was a leap of faith buying off the internet - but an excellent outcome!
